However, one very annoying thing when booking tickets within S Africa
is that they often only accept credit cards issued in S Africa, so you
end up having to pay in cash or have a friend use his credit card.

You can forget about flying to Vic Falls from Kruger Park. The only
flights in and out of Kruger (Skukuza) are to Jo'burg and they are
quite expensive. And Kruger Park isn't that long a drive away from
Jo'burg anyway.

Also, to Vic Falls try lo-fare Nationwide. They fly to Livingstone
which is on the Zambian side of the falls. The lowest price is quoted
R 840 (one way) or R 1550 (return) on their website, and they also
seem to fly to Dar Es Salaam (R 2350 rtn). However, their website
specifies that their fares are only bookable in S Africa with a S
African-issued credit card.
