Doesn't the bird have the customary rightaway <it flew first, bud>?

What if the bird is endangered and/or protected by treaty with canada
(a la carrier pigeon, do-do, and that missouri vs holland precedent
protected bird)?

Should a windshield-breaking bad bird be prosecuted for vandalism <a
comprehensive study by a special blue ribbon committee will be
appointed>?

What if deceased bird used to be that eternal biblical unique "dove of
peace," and so now...that's tough-shitttski, mortal-earthers

The Absolute Undeniable Moral of the Episode: " Y'all's planes shall
be equipped with scare-crows or kitty-cats to make brainwashed,
aggressive, attack birds think twice" <dept of homeland security
directive HS8965>

window if the bird is frozen.

At 40000 feet, I expect they would be.

if a a frozen turkey will "bread" (make plastic windshield sandwich
filler?),.... then ....(get ready for terrific non-sequitur) please
sorta bring-back those overly-joked-about "tv" style-like dinners,
particularly conagra's green package "healthy choice" is to me a not
bad plus very low fat meal that  could  be microwaved and distributed
(but hopefully somehow not burning customers mouths)

so, if an airplane kitchen appliance company will just synthesize a
microwave that can do, say, 50 five minute frozen healthy choice
dinners at the same time, then...and
to heck with air france's signature proud cuisine, which i found
exceptional
