The only difference is the salad and coffee in a 'real' cup. Business
class on short hops is dying out, a bit like 1st class on long haul.
Worth noting that some business class tickets have restrictions,
whereas you can buy a fully flex economy class (costs almost the same
as business class).

Much like "first class" on many local trains in europe. I've been
in supposed "first class" cars on trains and didn't know it.
