[NEWSVINE:
It happened on Nov. 17 after Southwest Airlines flight 438 departed
Love Field for Little Rock at about 2:30 p.m. with 133 passengers on
board. A half hour later, the pilot reported feeling vibrations at
25,000 feet so he shut down the engine to land safely back at Love
Field in Dallas.
