We are searching for a 26" drop-bottom, rolling duffel bag that is
light-weight and under $100. Can anyone here recommend a particular
brand.  It has to be a 26" bag. Lots of 29" bags are on sale but that's
because they are all too big for airline regulations, as they exceed 62
linear inches.

Thank you. I have Googled and have bookmarked several interesting bags,
but I can't judge quality from an on-line photo. That's why I asked for
a recommendation from seasoned travelers.

I've had a variety of bags in all price ranges.  Even the expensive bags get
destroyed.  I buy anything on sale that suits my needs.  A bag lasts me 6
months to a year.  That's 2 to 4 flights per week domestic and
international.

Putting "26" drop-bottom, rolling duffel bag " into google produced several hits at well under $100.

If you are concerned with quality, regardless of how it is made, the way that baggage is handled today pretty well insures a rather limited life.
