And they can be "faked" from both sides too. Hertz tried to tap me for
$900.00 in damage, until I proved that their documents had been altered.
They dropped the issue. I wanted to bust them, but my company said to just
let it go.

Sure. So again, why would the insurer provide contact information for
AA to the insured?
I'm not saying that the insurer doesn't have the information, just that
they don't have an incentive to be helpful in this area.
