Delta & Russian Planes Barely Miss At 33,000 Feet

Sort of a "big boys" game of chicken.  I've noticed, on a lot of my flights,
we pass other flights pretty close.  (But all were plainly at slightly
different altitudes).  During the daylight hours I see most of them flash
their lights as they pass.  (Never seen it at night.)
