To be honest, I'm not too impressed by Delhi, but there are indeed a few
things to see. If you have a couple of days, you might visit Agra (2-3h
by car from Delhi).

Anything from one day onwards, depending on what you want to do.
Personally I wouldn't spend more than a couple of days in the city.

Yes, you will need a visa (and it's not cheap).

Not only will you need a visa, but you may need a multiple entry visa
[priced different than a single entry] if you "stop over" on each direction
or plan to stray into India from Nepal.

Some years ago the only option for a Finnish tourist
was a 6 months multiple entry visa for 40 euros.
Now there seems to be available a 5 years visa and
some others.

they have many places to visit in delhi like Qutub Minar, monuments,
Lodhi Garden, and museums..
u can have more info bout it at http://wikitravel.org/en/Delhi

for the visa thing, yes, u must have a visa plus its quite expensive
so u must think twice before making any decision.
