hi,
I've seen you were in Koh Samui.
I have a question, because I'll be there the next July.
What is the best beach in Samui for staying a couple of nights?
I'd like some peaceful, and not lot of hotels in the beach.
Many thanks.

Mae Nam Beach, no loud music, no discos, no girly bars, Just peace and
quiet, always stay at this beach while in Ko Samui
Hello Knut
It is very hard on Samui to find the perfect mix that you are looking for
(bungalow with space on beach)without paying way over what they are worth.
I stayed at a place last year called Samui Beach Apartments
(www.samui-beach-apartments.com & while technically not right on the beach
they are on the same block as Seascape Bungalows so from the time you walk
from your room you are no more than 5 mins from the beach.
The reason I mention this is you have children & they have 2 family rooms
that suit most families needs & whilst not being exactly sure the room rate
is approx 2400 baht per night depending on the season.
Also a big thing this accom has in it`s favour is that it`s situated at the
southern end of Chaweng which is quieter than main Chawneg yet only a 15-20
min walk or a 5 min songtaew ride away from the main entertainment, shopping
& eating precinct.
If you are interested in this accom email me ceejam@hotmail.com & i`ll be
happy to put you in direct contact with the owner.
Good Luck
Cheers
Jamie
