Guilin or Luoyang

We are planning a travel to China, but we are forced to choice between
Guilin or Luoyang.

What do you recomend us?

That's no dilemma; you go to Luoyang and see the beautiful temples.
Guilin is just another town with a cave and a good restaurant.
You v=can visit Yangshuo form Guilin which is beautiful but Luoyang is tops.
