Hi Alan,

I have recently returned from 5 weeks land travel from HCM City to Sapa with
return to HCM City via a different land route and I have to admit that I did
not see one instance, apart from maybe at the airports I experienced, of
constructions that took into consideration those less enabled.

However, all of the accommodation I paid for would be best described as 2
star. Maybe if you go up a few levels things will become somewhat easier.

As an afterthought, I wouldn't worry about it too much, while you are in
Vietnam you will be surrounded, (for the most part), by beautiful Vietnamese
people who will be only to willing to help, no matter what the situation.
Just make sure that you reciprocate.

Good luck.

Kind regards,

Heathcote
