Flying to Hanoi from Bangkok in december and was looking for info on
prices, where to book...is it possible from Bangkok airport?

Much cheaper to just buy your ticket from a travel agent in Bangkok
once you are there. Unlike America, advanced reservations and
restricted airfares are not necessary to get the best price. Imagine
that, just buy a plane ticket for a fair price and fly where you want
to go when you want to go. Just like a bus ticket. Wish we had it so
good here in the USA. Don't worry, there are only about 400,000
travel agents in Bangkok who will book that flight "today" for you or
you could even buy your tickets at the counter at the airport on
arrival.

I made my reservation from Bangkok from address below:

I will fly to Saigon and back to Bangkok from Hanoi in November. Price
was 8870 Baht + tax 380 Baht for two persons.
