>From Tokyo station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Ueno station, then
take the JR Joban Line to Tennoudai.

Tennoudai 6-21-14 means the 6th "chome" (pronounced choh-mey) or
district within Tennoudai neighborhood, 21st block within that
district, and 14th building within that block.  At Tennoudai station,
they should have a map of the area showing the chome and the block
numbers.  Once you find the right block, you just have to walk around
it until you come to the right building.
