I am told it rains heavily in Darjeeling, Sikkim and Bhutan in July. Is this correct? Is it worth going there during 01 to 10 July?

What is the most popular destination in India during July?

Yes, it will rain then cats and dogs.
It's somewhat drier in Nilgiri Hills in south India that time of the
year.
It is  considered low season for visit of India, I think.........
