Hi Annie,
Call your travel agent and have him/her print it out for you.
Best regards,

Try a different web browser, if you have more than one installed. I've
found that the NCL site doesn't work well in Firefox, and other sites
don't work in Safari or Internet Explorer.
If you have NoScript turned on, turn it off temporarily.

Too lazy to look just before bed time, but isn't there a "Forgot my
password" link?

Are you trying to do this with the Web TV? If so I suggest finding a
friend with a computer using the latest version of one of these web
browsers; Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari and doing it from there.
I doubt that any web site developers are testing their web sites for
compatibility with Web TV.

Which is a pity, really - if they tested on slow connections and older
browsers we wouldn't see so many of those stupid Flash pages that take
too long to load and then are hard to read.

Annie, WebTV has it's limitations. Many libraries have computers
available for public use. You might try there. NCL is difficult to deal
with by phone, too.
