We are going for a week starting on the 4th.  Any suggestions of things to
see or do in the off-season before snow.
Thanks

A whole week? Oh dear. I suppose if you play golf and don't mind the cold,
there's that. There's hiking in Mt. Tremblant Park.
The village itself is a cutsie-fakey thing, built by developers where no
village existed before, so it's made to look oldie-Europy, though it's
neither of those. Do you like shopping in overpriced stores?
Seriously, I would get out of the village, and into the woods up there. On
the other hand, depending on where you're staying, you may want to just
lounge by the (indoor) pool.
It really depends on what you like to do.
