Yankee-Doo-Doole-Do - 21 Nov 2005 22:07 GMT HIV infection on the rise in Canada, UN report finds http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2005/11/21/Canada-AIDS-051121.html
Cases of HIV infection are on the rise in Canada, says a sweeping international report card on HIV/AIDS released Monday
Ben Kramer - 21 Nov 2005 22:42 GMT So what do you expect? After all, it was Canada that spread AIDS worldwide, as well documented in the book : AND THE BAND PLAYED ON.
Hell, there are even fags in the Canadian Partliament, with laws giving the perverts special rights!!

I guess we are a little boring compared to the USA. Thank you God. Not enough racism here (Some but not enough) Not enough guns Ugh-Ugh. (Some but not enough) Not enough poor people starving. (Some but not enough) Not enough people without medical care(Some but not enough) Not enough National debt(some but not enough) and on and on and on. Look Guy..I like Americans, but reading guys like you is making it very hard to keep up. Are you really trying to turn everyone against you? Geoff.

Are you really trying to turn everyone against you? I'm no expert at reading headers, but doesn't "bt" stand for British Telecommunications? In other words, how do you know this guy is an American? I'll lay odds he's either a Brit or one of yours having you on.
Whether he is or not, we Americans do appreciate your kind thoughts, though.
BTW, I'd like to gently point out a bit of a double standard, to say the least. Every Canadian will reel off every perceived fault of the US and Americans at the drop of a hat, and then have a seizure if _anything_ non-complimentary is said about Canada, however mild and innocuous. I noticed Dave Smith accused us (stated it as fact, no less) here the other day of trying to murder that Italian journalist to cover up war crimes, with no one even responding to him. That sort of thing has gotten so common from you "guys" that nobody even bothers to comment, but I'll make this small one.
A whole new generation of Americans that didn't really realize how anti-American Canadians really are (and have been ) is reading this junk (like your list above) and taking note of comments in the Press. It may or may not have a significant effect some day. I think it will, anyway.
Against-turning can work both ways.

It's interesting to read your perception of it. From where I see it, it usually starts with an American slamming Canada. It's more a matter of a slap in the face than the drop of a hat.

That > sort of thing has gotten so common from you "guys" that nobody even > bothers to comment, but I'll make this small one. How would you expect them to respond? A year of denial would be a pretty good indication that they were not too proud of it. The release of the documentary is pretty convincing, so convincing that the US administration has finally admitted that they used WP in Falluja.
The reporter had been working on a story about the illegal use of WP weapons in the battle for Fallujah. She was held hostage by insurgents and after being released after the mediation of an Italian secret service agent, she and the man who got her released were shot by US troops. It comes down to a matter of credibility. That battle was conducted just after the Nov. 04 election. The US denied that they had used WP. The documentary was releases and widely circulated on the internet a week and a half ago, and last week the US finally admitted that they had used WP in Fallujah. They denied using it in civilian areas, but the film evidence is a lot more credible that the statement of an administration that had spent almost a whole year denying that they had even used the stuff.
The reporter accused the US of trying to kill her. Some would like to dismiss her claim as the ranting of a left wing wacko. Yet, it seems that she had evidence of something they really didn't want the world to know.
GeoffP - 25 Nov 2005 01:05 GMT > (snip) > [quoted text clipped - 36 lines] > > Zane -- I agree Zane, that is what happens. I understand what you mean about the double standard, but! It really does go both ways. We are very often touted as being Gay, Communist, Cowards, destitute etc,, etc. Many of these posts are from people that I know Are American. You are Dead Wrong about Canadians hating Americans. Many of us have American relatives. The problem seems to be that if a Canadian says he doesn't agree with the war, he is automatically an American hater. I also see a lot of Americans saying the same thing about other Americans if they disagree with the war. Many Americans can't admit that anything is better in Canada because we are almost considered a Shhhh, don't say it too loud a (Communist Country) and as everyone knows any thing left of centre is very, very bad, and could affect the American way of life. (Whatever that is compared to Canada) Geoff. Geoff.
ProBonoPublico - 25 Nov 2005 03:32 GMT Since Trudeau returned from studying at Moscow University with his roommate Fidel Castro, Canada has become almost as communist as Fidel's Cuba!!
In Canada they have no right to possess firearms. In Canada there is censorship of what one may read - if the kikes say you can not import a book, too bad! In Canada it is illegal to consider alternatives to historical myths. In Canada fags have special rights. In Canada rich crooks avoid paying $1,500 million in taxes - if they are jews! In Canada they covered up for years the fact that AIDS was spread worldwide - with collusion of stae-owned airline!

Before anybody gets too agitated, note that this is probably a Canadian (at least posting from Canada) attempting to get a bite or two by appearing to be an American.

Main age group apparently 30+
With all the treatment available for AIDS chances of "survivial" or continuing live is very good. People aren't scared by AIDS anymore and neglect safer sex.

Dan Foster - 24 Nov 2005 06:06 GMT People, may I please have your attention for a moment?
You've been had by a troll that went to some effort to stir up things. Please do not necessarily assume the troll is American.
The issue mentioned is serious, and affects many nations, the U.S. included. And not only of the two specific ethnic or racial groups mentioned.
The troll's name-calling of Canada is neither welcomed nor appreciated, and is anathema to any reasonable and sane person of any nationality.
Please do not feed the troll; all he, she, or it desires is attention and stirring up unnecessary anger and insults, and achieves much gratification from seeing that in action.
Mere disagreement or difference in opinion is fine, but this seems designed solely to provoke without any serious intention of a frank discussion or discourse, hence label of 'troll'.
The troll, having discovered apparently fertile grounds for its brand of discord, will likely continue to start other purely inflammatory topics here. I would suggest one disregards these, as well.

Notice that "usenet" refuses to respond to the article, or the FACTS detailed. Wonder why? Could it be another diseased AIDS-spreader from Canada?
