We will be traveling from the U.S. to Kenya and Tanzania in late June.  What
vaccines/immunization are 1) recommended and 2) required.
In particular, I have problems with Malaria medication.  Is it required?

I am traveling with a group of 4 from London (Heathrow) to Nairobi on June
27 and returning to London on July 10.  Any suggestions for the best airline
for this trip?

From traveling in sub saharan before I remember US dollars is king. However,
I also seem to remember that in old British colonies Sterling (pounds) are
just as good and since I live in the UK that would be easier. But I am not
sure about this. Should I bring some US$ or will ...

As promised, I am back with a report on the Etosha. It has rained and is
still raining in the Etosha above average. The veld is very lush and green
and it is about impossible to see any game at all. At present they have had
no problems with malaria yet but I expect that to change ...

We (two retired married couples) are in the process of arranging an African
safari in June, 2004.  The tour company we are considering is "Good Earth
Tours", based in Austin, Texas (goodearthtours.com), and the itinerary we
are considering is:  Tanzania and Kenya: Explore Serengeti ...

I'll arrive at the Victoria at 3:10 am and then connect the fast boat
to Praslin at 7:30 am on the same day. Is this ferry usually fully
booked? Do I need to book a ticket from overseas? If yes, how? What do
I do now? Please help me
