I'd love to travel to South Africa again.  Due to the exchange rate
(USD->ZAR) it is much cheaper for me to book my flight from SA, rather than
USA.  Is this possible?  Legal?  Could I get a legitimate SA travel agent to
book my trip from USA to SA based on the SA price?  The cost ...
