Travel agents who read this group are warned that there is a Uruguayan Fraudster posing as a "Doctor" from "Chelmsford, Scotland" (Chelmsford is in Essex). He usually asks for a package in "your country". The domain names vary, but the reply to mail is usually a Yahoo address.
