We (a group of colleagues and I) need to go to Vietnam a couple of times in the next year or so. Our travel dept. is negotiating a business class fare and so far Vietnam Airlines is the cheapest. (KL/AF AMS to CDG, Vietnam Airlines to Hanoi)

I have to get to USA by the end of August. Preferably from Brussel airport. I thought about getting cheap "stand by" or "last minute" ticked. Could anybody advice what airline(s) I should call? Has anybody tried this and could share his or her experience?
