I am intending to make a complaint about my flight last night. What I want to know is where can I find information to quote about rules and regulations regarding carriage. Are they specific to each country or carrier? Or are there international rules?

Next Sunday I will fly from UK to Houston international airport, and 4 hours later fly out again to Mexico. Whilst at Houston I would like to send some of my luggage (1 case) to an address in USA. Is there any post or courrier service at the airport I can use (on a Sunday)?

Please help me decide the best course of action to take here: I have purhcased 2 tickets on Air France from LAX to Brussels at a very favorable rate. The ticket has two segments: The non-stop flight from LAX to CDG and then a train ride to Brussels later that evening.

Any chance in RyanAir going to offer overseas (USA) connections? Many years ago there were a number of cheap fares from London to NYC. Now it seems sub $200 roundtrip is nonexistent. Any alternatives?
