I have just heard that a strike will go ahead for some baggage handlers and
ground staff at LHR for 48 hours this weekend. Which organisation (and
airlines) are affected?

Has anybody here flown on both?  If so, which did you prefer?  I've been on
the 777 and not been very impressed, but I think that was mostly United's
fault.

Hiya, Im considering doing the following trip.  London - overland China,
(via Russia), fly Thailand, fly Australia, NZ, and back to London.  Not sure
about homewards route, perhaps America?  Would definatly like to fit in cook
islands, Fiji, or some other tropical place if possible.

A friend is supposedly flying to Gran Canaria this afternoon at 18:50 on an
airtours holiday (presumably, or probably, an MYT flight).
There is no such flight listed on the live departures. Who is right and who
is rong?

FDirst time travelelr to the East and just want to be prepared. I have
a 6 hr layover (12pm - 6pm local time) in Japan and an overnighter
(12am - 6am local time) in Bangkok. I would like to know your
suggestions about these airports.
