I purchase 2 economy tickets with Air Lingus (BA One World partner).  One
for myself (silver member) and one for a friend (non member).

Someone (despite my best efforts) has decided to book me on a transtlantic
with AA.
I know I cant put the miles into my BA account.
So should I do the obvious thing and join the AA scheme, or is it going to

 I'm really not sure where to go to ask these, so please excuse the
interruption.  I will be in England in early December and I want to go
see an air museum or two.  I've been to Duxford.  I'd like to go to
Hendon, but I can't even find Hendon in my travel guide for England, nor ...
