Today I booked a flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas.  It is with America West
Airlines.  I'm in the UK and their online booking system wouldn't allow me
to use my Credit Card.  I found a number for their UK office and booked the
flight over the phone for the same price $125 one way.  ...

I have 2 quite long stopovers in the Middle East on a Forthcoming (Wed) trip
with GF to the Far East.
I have 4 hours in Bahrain on the way and 7 hours in Abu Dhabi on the way

1.  The dinner knives are METAL now.  This was expected, as CO and AA
   had both announced they would switch back to metal from plastic on 11/1.
   I had always thought the metal forks were much more dangerous than

SuperShuttle says $10.75 per person. Are there any cheaper/better
options? I've taken SuperShuttle from LAX and it was fine, but perhaps
there are other options out of SNA.
