Has anyone used Airmiles to get "business" or "first class" flights? It's
5460 + Taxes to fly economy to Las Vegas with Virgin and wondering how much
are the higher classes. Would double for business and treble for first class

My first flights with LH in a long time.
MAN have they gone downhill.  I was in Business.  The flight attendants
were surly.  The food was no better than normal coach shoveled into a
glass dish.  The plane was dirty---no TP in the restrooms-----and nobody
