A rant:
You would think that a new carrier would be doing their best to
encourage new customers. Not in the case of Air Wales.

I traveled in September to Vienna and Amsterdam from the USA.

I  just flew what may turn out to be my last ever flight with BA. Starting
next week, Duo takes over the TXL-BHX run - and next October I retire to the
South Pacific, where I definitely won't fly with BA.
