Travel insurance28 Nov 2003 07:23 GMT13
Can anyone recommend travel insurance which would also cover flights, if the
company ceased trading.
We are booking with Helios and they are not ATOL or ABTA, so just want some

Shoe Nazis27 Nov 2003 12:06 GMT1
We just returned from a lovely RTW: 13 flights, 11 countries and nine
airlines. Number of times we were asked (or told) to remove our shoes:
zero. We simply didn't fly in the USA.
It was also interesting to note the cutlery provided with the meals. On

EWR-FRA-AMS-FRA-EWR Trip Report
Time to go to Europe again.  I hadn't been there since Dec of 2001.  This
was one of my extended 4-day weekends to the continent.  This was a cheapo
$370.00 LH coach fare.  LH got $244 and taxes got the rest.  The day I left

3 hours 40 minutes at ICN27 Nov 2003 05:04 GMT4
Is there anywhere interesting to go from ICN (Seoul) on a 3 hour 40 minute
stop-over? I have never been to Korea and would love to see even a tiny bit
of it. It will be on a Friday afternoon in December. Any airport tax or
other issues? (I don't need a visa for South Korea)

An apology to all the groups I've trolled26 Nov 2003 23:25 GMT40
As you all know I have been trolling the newsgroups furiously for many
years now.  As you also know I am shameless, even after I'm exposed I just
keep on trolling and come up with such lame excuses like "It's not really
me, it's someone else! Despite the fact that the headers are ...
