More on the 7E7 [won't] Launch26 Nov 2003 18:05 GMT17
The week's Business Week has an even less positive story than last week's

(The fact that Boeing moved it's corp HQ to Chicago should give you a hint as to

Who will survive???26 Nov 2003 02:04 GMT5
Simple, but VERY important question. Which airlines of the big 4 (AA,
DL, NW, UA) do you think will be around in 2010 and beyond, and why?
Welcome your opinions on this....Thank you.

Good Book on Pan Am25 Nov 2003 20:58 GMT2
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good book with lots of photos on the
history of the airline? I saw some at the SFO Airport museum, but I do not
recall any of the titles.

1st class award travel25 Nov 2003 20:33 GMT1
I've got enough miles to take award flight on Star Alliance flight
between Europe and U.S. Which of the airlines and planes are most
comfortable in first? What I've been thinking about is United's Boeing
777, but their fleet seems to be rather old. Another choice could be
A triumph of real democracy25 Nov 2003 13:25 GMT4
The events on Georgia show real democracy in action: the ability of a people
to force their government to resign after they suspected their government
wasn't honest. It was done without the loss of a single life, no military
attacks, no destruction of a government infrastructure.

Citibank's frequent flier offer25 Nov 2003 01:10 GMT21
Citibank is now hyping a card that gives you a frequent flier mile for every
dollar spent. Not having ever accumulated frequent flier miles before, I'm a
bit at sea as to how good a deal this is. Any opinions? Anyone who has tried
the offer?
Hawaiian airlines HORRIBLE25 Nov 2003 00:38 GMT42
If you're flying to Hawaii do your best to avoid using Hawaiian
airlines. These bastards completely ruined my vacation.  Here is a
list of things that happened to me and why I suggest YOU not use them.
1.    Crushed my bag so badly in handling that they cracked my notebook

BA xmas travel voucher24 Nov 2003 22:37 GMT4
Sounds too good to be true, perhaps it is? For eg £269 return (to East
Coast USA) you can get a voucher where the marketing blurb says:
"flights can be taken on any day and time of their choosing" up
       to 30th June."
Question on Continental & Delta Miles24 Nov 2003 22:10 GMT5
I have some Delta miles and wish to transfer them to Continental in
order to have enough points for a free flight. How do I go about this?
Is there an option to do this online or must I call the airlines and
if so, which one?
