| Check in open times? Usual | 24 Nov 2003 20:25 GMT | 3 |
In the old days checkin for charter flight used to be 1hr minimum and checking opened 3 hours before. Now with checkin listed as 3 hours before any idea how long b4 checkin opens? Is it still 3hours and they just try to get the people in early? or

| All passport info available on the web !! | 24 Nov 2003 18:01 GMT | 6 |
Have had this passed on to me and thought you might want to know. This may come as a shock, but I've come across a website that holds everyone's passport details - including your photo. The worrying thing is that anyone can

| FF schemes | 24 Nov 2003 15:02 GMT | 44 |
Why is it, with all this discussion of BA and 25% mileage, that some FF schemes are so complex? My main account is KLM FD. I always get 100% miles, can upgrade any ticket and have reached Silver level very easily. Why can't the rest of the world be so simple? :-)

| Haugesund - Norway: Travel Advice needed | 24 Nov 2003 09:25 GMT | 3 |
I'm flying into Haugesund from London - Stanstead towards the end of December 2003. I'm really keen to go to Bergen, but am having real difficulty finding any info on the best way to get from the Airport to the Ferry Terminal and the appropriate service onto Bergen.

| 'Concorde' uniform on ebay | 23 Nov 2003 19:57 GMT | 1 |
On ebay someone is selling what he says he's been told is a Concorde cabin crew skirt and blouse (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=419&item=2204141819), although he fairly says that he has no confirmation that this is the

| United miles without flying? | 23 Nov 2003 16:26 GMT | 13 |
I'm hoping someone has been in this situation before, and can offer advice: I'm around 650 miles from qualifying for United Airlines Premier status this year (I've been a Premier member forever). A round-trip ticket

| Eurostar or plane | 23 Nov 2003 07:23 GMT | 23 |
I am a long time fan of transport, and aviation in particular and my job lets me travel frequently, especially between Paris and London. I have always been a veteran of the Eurostar, claiming that considering air delays, time wasted to get to the airports (esp cdg and lhr), and ...

| Milan airports | 22 Nov 2003 22:41 GMT | 10 |
I used Opodo to search for flights to Milan and I found references to MIL (Milan), LIN (Linate), and MXP (Malpensa). Okay, I'm confused. Are these all airports in the area? Which is closest to the city center? Which is the largest? Which have direct transport

| International connection at EWR | 22 Nov 2003 14:32 GMT | 16 |
Having been burned by delays at JFK, I would never schedule an international connection for less than two hours, coming or going. What about EWR? Assume the best case for returning to the USA - US passport and flying the same airline into EWR (from Europe)

| ? Biarritz: who flys there | 22 Nov 2003 08:23 GMT | 9 |
I'm planning a bike trip to the Pyrenees next July. Seems like the best airfare will be to fly to England or to France and then to Biarritz. I've had no luck finding a website that lists who flies into BIG and, otherwise, what cheap flights I might be able to find for July.
