Atlantic Coast Airlines [ACA] intends to be operating as Independence Air by
about a year from now.  They have failed to come to an agreement to continue
operating United Express from IAD and elsewhere.  They run a Delta feeder
service as well.

Monday, 3NOV:  DPT DFW 105P (on time) via DL 1066, 738 Seats 1 C&D, to ATL.
Started loading early, departed on time, 1C full (very small section), but
back about 2/3, champagne while waiting, comfortable seats, no frills, dull
