Atlantic Coast Airlines [ACA] intends to be operating as Independence Air by
about a year from now.  They have failed to come to an agreement to continue
operating United Express from IAD and elsewhere.  They run a Delta feeder
service as well.

I haven't had the pleasure?B-( of connecting through ORD in years and I was
wondering if there is anyplace in the airport where we can smoke without going
out and having to come back through security?
