Sorry if this posting is off-topic for a uk newsgroup.
As UK residents, can we still book flights from one US city to another
with US airlines and have the tickets sent out to us here in the UK?

about the war in Iraq, right about the time of Leni Riefenstahl's
death...  Addressing Congress and during speeches to fellow army men,

Lufthansa fare question (USA vs German resident)14 Jan 2004 08:21 GMT13
I need to fly one-way LHR to FRA sometime in mid-January (the
specific date hasn't been finalized but for purposes of this posting
I'm using Jan. 12th).  Depending on where I tell lufthansa.com that
I live I get an amazing difference in the price of the flight.

Could someone please recap for me each stage for which
ticket prices go up before a scheduled U.S. flight?
I know 21 days advance is the first big jump.  Then
