6 or 7 years ago i was allowed to sit in the cockpit for the landing into
Bangkok (from the UK) onboard a Thai airways flight, i was in buisness class
and the stewardess actually came up and asked if ide like to do it! i went

Was wondering how long it would take to get from the terminal/gates
that United uses to the Interisland Terminal in Honolulu.  The only
