Has anyone else noticed that Ryanair's airport taxes can change amounts by several pounds for the same airport. Sureley stansted airport tax can't be 8.76 one day and thirteen pounds a week after. are they hiding some of the 'free' fares in taxes?

Is it possible to buy e-ticket for north american flights for non-us citizens at any of the secure internet sites? I'd like to avoid an extra 35 dolars cost i'd have to pay Travelocity or such simmilar sites for having my ticket internationaly delivered.
