Any first-hand experience with a decent (low cost but safe) place to park at LGA? A parking garage will be fine and I plan on leaving it for about 3 days. I assume the parking *in* LGA will be the most expensive.

According to my 'spy' at the route development team at Manchester Airport plc, Air New Zealand are to start a Manchester - Los Angeles - Auckland serve, twice a week from 1st February 2005. Good news for antipodean travellers and west coast USA fans alike!

BlankRecently had a trip on AA that as one leg went from Denver to Heathrow on BA. Frequent flier miles were refused by AA saying something to the effect that BA has specifically excluded transatlantic flights from FF rewards.
