Why do BA make it so difficult? When I flew more than I do now, in the early 1990's, it was always the BA Partner miles that had to be fought tooth and nail to be credited. Not much seems to have changed.

Using Orbitz to browse flights from Cleveland, Ohio, to London, UK, I keep seeing times between flights (usually in New York) of an hour or even less. Is that enough? Don't you need a couple of hours?
