I have been pricing a ticket from Spokane Washington (geg) to Chicago leave June 2 and return June 9. Travelocity, Priceline, Orbitz and Sidestep all come up with the same prices and teh prices are the same as the airlines?

I plan to fly EWR-AMS for a trip to Rotterdam in November. I am familiar with LH services and find it acceptable for this route. LH flies EWR-FRA-AMS and return. KLM flies nonstop. How does their service compare with LH? This will be low fare economy.

In the UK it is routine to have annual reasonably priced travel insurance -- I haven't found similar policies in the US - We want something with emergency medical evacuation, theft etc Does anyone know a good source for this type policy?

According to BAs website they do not fly from London to Bermuda (Hamilton). However, the "Oneworld" schedule says that Flt No. BA2233 flies Non Stop direct from LGW to BDA. Is this a codeshare and if so who is the Airline. I don't think it's AA as they fly via New York.
