On 14th May I booked return flights between Birmingham & Salzburg with
FLYBE. The cost of these flights were £156.42.
Today (27th May) I notice the same flights are priced at £123.74.
I emailed Customer Services (as you would!!!) and received the reply:-

This new BMI route, I have been reliably informed by sources at Manchester
Airport plc, will be announced in mid-June, and looks set to be operated
three times a week, using a leased A330 aircraft.

Hi, I am looking for a good deal on direct roundtrip airfare from Amsterdam
to San Francisco (KLM flights 605 & 606).  On klm.nl it is around 1289 EUR
(depart end of july, return mid august).  I wonder if anybody knows of any
unpublished fares, maybe via a travel agency or ...

I'm flying in to Reagan, to stay there say 4 days then go to Plilly for
annother 4 days.
I just hate to pay the $15 or so a day for each of those 4 day periods
to store car in hotel, maybe not even driving it.  Looking to use mass

I need to replace a wheel on my luggage.  I see the pin
from the outside, but inside I can't see where to drive it
out.  The inside housing is plastic molded.

Anyone else out tired of hearing about Gary Burnore? Also what does he
have to do with rec.travel.air? This newsgroups seems to be less and
less about air travel everyday.

I was on a UAL 737-500 (United Shuttle) last week. I was in extended coach
(nice) but for row 6 there were no windows on either side of the aircraft.
Anybody got any ideas why this is so? (It made the 90 min flight seem like 3
hours)

Twenty- five years ago today (May 25, 1979} AA flt 191 was rolling down
the runway at Chicago's O'hare Airport. On liftoff the  left engine fell
off and the plane crashed after it rolled to the left. Does anyone
remember that day? I was flying that day and it shook me up quite abit.

I've blocked about 75% of recent posters. Huge improvement - the group's
approaching enjoyable again!!
