I know that Emirates offer a pick-up from home and take you to the airport service to their business class passengers, but do any of the other airlines like BA or Lufthansa offer this service too? I am travelling to Australia in December and will be booking a business

I have experienced the United Terminal area and Tom Bradley. Tom Bradley seemed quite nice with good facilities. Plus easy viewing of planes on the boarding gates area of the terminal.
