OK. No abuse please - I think we had enough of that in the other
thread.
Question : How full generally are transatlantic flights and internal
US flights in November ?
This is what the no-fly-list is for (to keep Cat Stevens out of the USA)30 Sep 2004 15:39 GMT73
So this is why the US has a no-fly list.
The great, FREE, USA has to maintain a list of people to keep out of
the country just because of what they think.  Free speech eh?  What a
crock.  The US has become one of the world'a formost Orwellian states,
Delta question and concern30 Sep 2004 14:39 GMT2
Hi.  I booked Delta for my trip to LA in March, 2005 through Priceline,
and I have a question and a concern.   I am reading about Delta's
problems here on the groups, and when I expressed my concerns to
Priceline, they did not seem very helpful......all they basically said
What does the AlItalia situation mean for travellers?30 Sep 2004 13:20 GMT25
As one of the many (perhaps) unfortunately ones who have
bought AlItalia tickets for Italy this September I am wondering
what to make of the latest news?
As a (primarily) state owned company I can't really understand how

Skyservice airlines. Has anyone used this airline and was it ok? Do
you know what type of plane they normally use on the Punta Cana run in
November?

It is possible that somebody among Alitalia's 21,000 employees genuinely
thinks Italy's flag carrier can carry on like this. This person has deluded

WTD - Easyjet Phone number...30 Sep 2004 04:11 GMT4
Booked flight for friend on my debit card over two weeks ago. She did write
down the confirmation number, but had no access to a printer at that time,
so couldn't print off the confirmation page. She wanted to print off the
confirmation e-mail at a later date, but it hasn't arrived ...
Delta's troubles29 Sep 2004 22:35 GMT13
First message didn't come through it seems.
The spat between Delta and Gate Gourmet was to the amount of $25 million bucks
GG wanted Delta to pay.
Delta refused to have the judge's ruling published.
EUjet bought by Manston's owners29 Sep 2004 22:34 GMT11
Apparently Planestation, the owners of Manston/Kent International
Airport have taken over EUjet, owning 92% of them. Maybe EUJ will see
the winter out then.

AC set to emerge from bankrupcy this week.
Its order for 45 flying skidoos has been scaled down to 30 with 15 cancellable

Rumoured to get a livery. October 17 might be a big day when AC makes all
BA executuve club - bonus miles29 Sep 2004 20:39 GMT2
I notice it states on BA executive website that you can earn cabin bonus
depending on your class of travel with BA and its oneworld alliance
partners.
In D class (business) it states you get 1.5 miles for each mile flown.
Best way to weasel an upgrade?29 Sep 2004 20:36 GMT7
Once on a flight from Dallas to LAX, I simply walked up to check in at the
gate
and was upgraded to first class from economy without even asking.
I am booked on a flight from LAX  to MUC in December (Lufthansa)
question about booking airline tickets29 Sep 2004 18:17 GMT2
I must admit, I'm tempted already to book a couple of flights on Jet2 on
their new Manchester-Budapest route, for next June. What kind of
protection would I have if they either went bust, or stopped flying the
route? Would I be better off looking into regular travel insurance?
