I have just been on a return trip to Italy on a 737-400 with BA. On the outward journey the Biz Class config was set up as the first two rows (3 economy seats converted into 2 bc seats) giving 8 seats in total. The economy/bc partition was behind row 4 however.

CO 1170, arrived on time, the FA's did not need a shoehorn to fit more passengers on. Interesting pre-boarding - the gate agent called for the first class fliers to line up on the carpet to wait for him to open the plane.
