I landed at Terminal B this morning and to my tremendous surprise, the
underground pedestrian tunnel to the main terminal was open! I was actually
able to walk rather than wait around for the asinine mobile lounge. My first
positive surprise there, ever.

My hotel reservation was never confirmed.
I even called the hotel and there was no record of any reservation.
I was unable to find any record of my reservation on the Travelocity website.
