Can you use your frequent flyer miles to get/obtain/pay for hotel rooms?
I see from the web site I looked at that if I stay at hotel ABC I can get
frequent flyer miles, can I use the miles at certain hotels to pay for
rooms?

I am planning yo fly Chiang-Mai to LHR via Bangkok. I will be flying
the BKK-LHR segment on BA.
Two questions:
1. How much connection time should I plan for the transfer?

Pardon my frequent flier naivete, but I can't figure out how the

You probably already have heard about that--people weren't allowed to leave
the plane for some 18 hours while numerous things kept proper procedures
delayed.

Do you any of the lost cost flyers fly Amsterdam to Berlin?  If so, what
airports?  I assum I can just purchase one way,  KLM and LU are too
expensive.
