While travelling United Airline on a domestic flight, I experienced
what seems to be all too common baggage delay. When I reached the
destination city, my baggage did not arrive with me. The baggage
arrived after 24 hours.

A warning - Things are getting worse. Don't fly Qantas with bikes any
more. It's too risky.
We got onto Qantas in perth without trouble. Bikes were boxed as required.

Anyone have any views on KLM's flights to the US from Schipol?
They seem to be offering good deals from AMS to NY, Las Vegas and San
Francisco and are throwing in the cost of getting to Schipol from the UK. In
my case it is quicker and less stressful to fly to Schipol from Cardiff ...
