We have a layover for 5 hours. What's the best thing to do? Is it worth it
to visit the surrounding area and just read, eat or drink at the airport?

As someone who hasn't flown a *A airline in many years, I haven't paid

OK, this is a dummies thought that occurred to me last night whilst I was
tossing and turning in bed - how do they feed the pilots on large airliners
now that they have all these security doors in place between the cabin and
the cockpit?

I flew 4 flights with KL in February only to find they never appeared on my
Flying Dutchman statement.
I left it about a month until after which time I would be able to claim the
missing miles online. No, I couldn't, so I e-mailed them only to be told

Usually there's a number of offers flying around (no pun intended!)
promoting cheap flights to the USA in October/November but I haven't found
any :(
Does anyone know where I can find them (or if any exist?)

Just reading a letter in todays Daily Telegraph Travel section, where a Lady
