To experienced SWA hands: When Southwest website says a particular fare is unavailable, are they counting only sold tickets or "courtesy" reservations as well (which will expire if not bought within 24hrs)?

On April 7 I priced a round trip flight for travel on the weekend of June 24. The price on the airline's website was just under $300. When I price it today, the price is over $414 for the same flight numbers on the same day. I can check seat availability at AA.com, and currently ...

Does anyone out there have airflight insurance (life insurance should your plane crash)? I've been thinking about purchasing some since I am going to be travelling a lot in the next several months to some pretty exotic destinations, and am generally not a huge fan of flying.

At 5'11" and 275, I'm not exactly gargantuan, but I'm large enough that tight armrests can be the difference in a comfortable or an uncomfortable flight. Which US airlines have the widest seats and the most lee-way wrt to "oversize pasenger" penalties?
