Does anyone know if any rental agency is actually on-site at the Kansas City
airport (MCI)?  Both Hertz and Avis are off site and require a shuttle bus
ride.  Are all the rental car pickups off-site?

just returned from a 4 hour trip on Northwest in first class.  since
the price was quite a bit lower than Delta, we paid for it.  they
served a lunch which was quite bad.  in addition the flight attendents
were grumpy and lazy.

We don't fly as much as we used to for a variety of reason, the main one
