My wife and I want to buy coach tickets and upgrade to first class
using Mileage Plus miles.  As I understand it, we can upgrade for 8,000
miles to the next available class, or upgrade to first class for 15,000
miles.  Wouldn't we be better off buying coach tickets on a flight that

I've just booked a European flight with BMI Baby. It's impossible to pay
for this without incurring a "fee", which they set at 50p for debit
cards and a staggering £4.95 for credit cards.

a PC-CARD lets me get my e-mail, read and post messages from anywhere. I
