Trip report   AA-ORD->MIA->LGA/CO-EWR->LAS/HP->ORD25 Dec 2005 00:25 GMT1
Yes, a four city trip with three different airlines.
In general the TSA was reasonable - got by without taking off my shoes in EWR.
I was expecting the dreaded SSS on most of the flights, but only got it on the

America West Cancelled My Ticket23 Dec 2005 23:26 GMT1
I purchased a ticket from Expedia in late November for a flight from
JFK to AMM. It's on Royal Jordanian, but is an America West flight. I
received notification that my reservation was confirmed and even
received my paper tickets.

TURBULENCE by Nance is Not Dad's Arthur Halley Stuff23 Dec 2005 18:55 GMT2

Recent experience of internal flights in the US suggest to me that far too
much hand baggage is allowed on board for speedy and safe loading and
unloading of aircraft. Many individuals were incapable of lifting there own
overweight and oversized bags into already strained ...

I have been trying, all day, to get into the British Airways web site. It
has been unavailable.
Anybody else having the same problem or know what the problem may be - not
my PC all other web sites accessible!
Denied boarding to USA -- did have valid visa20 Dec 2005 18:36 GMT16
Lansbury, any thoughts on this?
My colleague travelled from Edinburgh to attend an OECD meeting in
Washington DC.  We are funded by the UK tax-payer, and had put about
£20,000 into this meeting.
