I'd like to get a Lufthansa FF credit card, that gives one mile per
Euro spent.  Thing is, it'd cost 85 euros per year!  How much would I
have to put on the card every year to make it worth the cost?  Any
ideas?

We're planning a holiday in the US in June but have to get from Calgary to
Salt Lake City.  Delta have a flight at the time that we want but whilst
googling for discount codes, I stumbled on far more than I really wanted to
know about the financial state of the American airline ...

Would any of you happen to know exactly which kind of power adaptor socket
NWA use on their A330s?  I'll be flying AMS-MSP next week and I need to get
the correct kind of adaptor before then.
